Legal Stuff
Membership is non-refundable and non-transferable
Discounts and benefits apply to membership holders only (except for sodas ordered by members for others in their party, such as children or a designated driver). Violators will have their membership suspended or revoked.
Membership may be revoked at any time, without refund, if a membership holder does not follow the rules, breaks any laws while at No Wake Brewery, or due to any inappropriate behavior or conduct deemed to be unacceptable.
No Wake Brewery reserves the right to change the terms and benefits of the No Wake Floatilla Membership at any time. Members will be notified at the email they provided at sign up.
In the future if No Wake begins packaging beer in bottles or cans for special release, pre-release sales will be available to members only before official release.
Members will have a food item on the menu they can purchase with a discount, the food item is to-be-determined but will likely be a side item. The item and discount can change anytime without notice as the menu and pricing may change at any time for many reasons.
